Memorabl is extremely easy to use:

1) Purchase your Memorabl event package
2) Watch the 30 second set up video
3) Text your event to your guests, add your QR codes to your invitations and place them around your event venue
4) Let Memorabl do the rest as it collects the memories that tell your story

Yes! Your Memorabl event is completely private. You decide who can view and add to your event at any time.

You can also approve Moderators that can help do all of this for you so you can focus on your event!

We tailor our packages to event type and size. Each of the event types below will provide a specific answer on how this is handled for your event type!

We have different packages for different sized events. The pricing page will outline our packages exactly that vary from "Events" that service up to 40 people to "Grand Events" that service 250+ people.

For any events that do not fit within our most common package sizes, just send us a message through our Contact Us page and we will make an event that accommodates any size that you like (we can handle well into the 10's of thousands as long as we know ahead of time).

If you purchased a one time fee event package, your event(s) will stay live for 12 months after your wedding date. You can download all of the great memories and interactions at any point in that time window. We will soon be introducing a minimally priced subscription package to keep your events available for viewing for as long as you like!

If you purchased a subscription package, all of your events will stay available for viewing as long as your subscription is kept alive (even if you change to a different subscription package)!

Upon purchase we send you a welcome video to help answer this any much more, but in general we recommend the following:

1) Place your custom QR code EVERYWHERE - save the dates, invitations, wedding website, on the tables at the wedding events, etc.

2) Text out the link to the people you care about most to make sure that they see it and open it BEFORE the wedding day!

3) Make an announcement requesting that your guests take a look at your Memorabl event at any live wedding events (bridal shower, bach parties, the reception, etc.)

We think professional photographers do a great job at capturing the biggest moments on the big day from a professional lens. We even encourage your photographer to drop some of their teaser photos directly to the your Memorabl Event to show off their work to all of your guests.
